Submitting false or fraudulent information. Hacking, scraping, or attempting to disrupt the system.
7. Application Status
Application submissions do not constitute an employment offer. S D Retail Limited reserves the right to reject applications at its discretion.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
While we take measures to maintain system security, S D Retail Limited disclaims responsibility for technical errors or unauthorized access resulting from factors beyond our control.
9. Modification and Termination
S D Retail Limited reserves the right to modify or terminate access to the ATS at any time without notice.
10. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. The dispute may resolve through the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad.
11. Agreement to the Terms
It clarifies that, use of the ATS signifies acceptance of these terms.
